To ensure safe and reliable operation of the Rodec ONE, please observe the following guidelines:
Power & Environment
Use only the supplied power adapter (12 V DC, center positive).
Always switch off and unplug the unit before connecting or disconnecting modules.
Do not expose the unit to rain, moisture, or excessive humidity.
Keep the Rodec ONE away from direct sunlight, heaters, or other heat sources.
Ventilation & Heat
Install the Rodec ONE in a well-ventilated space.
Do not cover the unit with cloths or other materials that could block airflow.
Allow sufficient clearance around the unit to prevent overheating.
The Rodec ONE has been designed with ample stable power, but high-current modules may generate additional heat. Ensure modules have room to dissipate heat.
Stability & Handling
Place the Rodec ONE on a stable, flat surface during operation.
If mounted in a larger setup or case, ensure the unit is secure and cannot tip or slide.
Avoid strong shocks, drops, or placing heavy objects on top of the unit.
Maintenance
Do not attempt to service the Rodec ONE yourself.
Cleaning should only be done with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use solvents, sprays, or liquids.
If the unit is not in use for a long period, disconnect it from the power supply.
