Warranty
Warranty claims will only be honored if the purchased product has been used for its intended purpose. Products that are used for purposes other than their intended use will not be covered under warranty. For any warranty-related inquiries or claims, please contact the dealer where the product was originally purchased, or Rodec directly if the product was bought from Rodec. Claims must be submitted within two months of identifying an issue that violates the terms of the warranty. Please ensure you include your original proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.
Within the EU:
For Consumers: Under Rodec’s Terms and Conditions and in compliance with European consumer law, consumers (private individuals purchasing for non-professional use) are entitled to full statutory warranty rights for two years from the date of purchase.
For Professional Buyers: Professional buyers (those purchasing for business or commercial use) are offered a one-year warranty, as outlined in Rodec's warranty terms.
This warranty is valid only in those EU Member States that have incorporated the applicable EU legislation into their national laws. This warranty does not affect any additional rights provided by the national laws governing the sale of goods.
Outside the EU:
For purchases made outside the European Union, a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase applies, regardless of whether the buyer is a consumer or a professional.
All Returns:
Repairs will not be accepted by Rodec unless a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) number has been issued by Rodec in advance of shipping.
Products must be shipped to Rodec in proper rigid packaging. Rodec cannot be held responsible for damage caused by shipping products in inappropriate packaging.
